Satisfaction and Returns Policy
Fancy Dawgz stands behind our products 100%. Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as you receive it to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14 days starts the day we ship your order. All returns must be received back to us within 14 days or we must be notified within these 14 days if there are any other issues. We will be unable to issue any type of refund or send out any replacements after the 14-day guarantee has expired.
If there is a problem with your order, we may require you to send us a picture at our discretion. If we ship the size that you ordered and it doesn't fit, there is an additional 30% re-stocking fee for the return. Please measure your pet before placing an order.
Return an unaltered item within 14 days, in re-sale condition (unwashed/uncut/odorless) and we will refund the full purchase price of the item (this does not include shipping costs). We require a tracking number to keep up with the status of the package you are returning. Any returns made after the 14 days or failure to send a tracking number will result in an additional 30% re-stocking fee. Please contact us first to ensure that your return has been authorized.
On the rare occasion that we miss a flaw, leave out an item, or send something different from what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately (or issue a refund if the pattern is no longer available). If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, simply changed your mind, refused the package, or made a mistake on your end, we WILL NOT refund any shipping, nor will we pay for return shipping.
All returns will be processed as soon as the package has been received and inspected by Fancy Dawgz. Any credit due will be applied back to your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been completed and processed.

When USPS is experiencing delays, please allow extra time for your order to be delivered. US First Class Mail usually takes 1-7 business days to arrive, while US Priority Mail usually takes about 1-3 business days to arrive. During peak holiday seasons (October-December) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days and USPS prices increase. Large orders may require additional time before shipping. However, First Class & Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed. Sometimes due to weather or other unforeseen issues, packages take longer than the estimated time to arrive. Therefore, if you need your order by a certain date, please make sure you allow plenty of time for it to get to you. :)
All customers receive a shipping confirmation number and tracking information once items are shipped via the provided email from ShipStation.
